The old saying goes that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. But when it comes to your readers, not only is this inevitable – it’s advised.
Readers (and reviewers!) naturally assume that if an author hasn’t bothered to spend resources on getting a professional cover for their book, then they haven’t spent resources on getting the book professionally edited, formatted, or tested by beta readers, either.
While this isn’t always the case, it happens often enough for readers to equate a high quality cover with high quality writing and editing, and a plot that thickens faster than cold porridge on a wintry afternoon.
And you know what? The higher the expectations, the more readers are willing to dish out for a good read. Why settle for 99 cents per copy for all your hard work, when you could grab readers’ attention with a book that looks like a million bucks?

Customized Book Cover Design
After payment, you will be contacted by a member of our team to initiate the design process. However, there is no need to wait to hear from us. Feel free to email your information to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need to know the color, theme and any other specifics you have in mind. You may also share samples of book covers you have seen and liked. Please note that at this time, we use stock images and do not do drawn or painted characters on book covers. However, if the character is already drawn, we can fill in the rest. We also work with an artist who we would be happy to commission on your behalf to complete character portraits that we can then work into book covers for you. This comes at an additional cost. She created the character in the book cover pictured here.
